How am I Billed?

Checks and all major credit cards are accepted. Our Preferred payment plan is monthly debit of your credit card.

Can I request a certain day and time?

We cannot guarantee a specific time. In order to keep our prices low, we have a scheduled route assignment. Your options on day of service will be discussed during sign up.

How often can you provide service to my yard or commercial property?

Most of our customers prefer once or twice a week service. We also offer every other week and one time only cleanings. Please call 610-802-0643 for pricing of 3 or more visits.

Do I need to be home?

No, but please unlock your gate on your service day.

Is my personal information safe?

We never share or sell your information to anyone.

What if I am on vacation or need to skip a visit?

Please give us 24-hour notice and a full credit will be given for that visit.

Can you work with dogs in the yard?

Yes, if your dogs are friendly. If they are aggressive we ask that you keep them inside while we are in the yard.

Will you close my gate securely?

Our “Golden Rule” is to make sure your gate is securely closed.

What if the weather is bad or there is snow on the ground?

We make every effort to come out on your scheduled visit, however if there is lightning, ice or fresh snow, for safety reasons, we may not work. Snow policy will be provided on first visit.

How do you dispose of the waste?

It is removed from your property and is disposed of in accordance with city, county and state regulations.

Is dog waste a fertilizer?

No, dog waste is protein based. Unlike cow and horses whose waste is vegetable based, dog waste carries parasites and bacteria that can be harmful to your family, pets and lawn.
